Rota Val
The USDA Dairy Accepted Rota Val modular fast clean rotary valve line provides users with increased productivity through a design that requires minimal down time for applications requiring frequent cleaning.
All fast-clean valves feature the Rota-lign™ slide rail rotor support system: The patented bearing design holds perfect rotor to bore alignment to eliminate the chance of rotor drop and damage during servicing. Plant operators do not need any special tools to service and clean the valve and can access both the rotor and drive end covers with the demountable design.
The robust construction makes the Rota Val fast clean rotary valves an excellent solution for hygienic applications requiring optimal performance and an operator friendly design.

- 316 SS contact surfaces with passivated housing and end covers
- Rotalign™ slide rail support & tapered bore design assures precise alignment of rotor to housing; results in no rotor to housing contact during extraction/installation
- Drive end cover supported on slide rails for easy removal
- All maintenance can be carried out with valve installed in location
- Rotor can be turned on endplate when removed from valve
- Slide rails mounted below rotor giving full access for cleaning and maintenance
- Available in ATEX Rated Zone 2 & 22

Curd Valve
- Specifically designed for feeding cheese curd from belts & block crumblers into pneumatic convey systems
- Square profile inlet promotes efficient flow of curd into rotor pockets
- Demountable design allows for fast and simple cleaning; both end covers can be removed & are supported by slide rails
- Wash Down Kit- external seal package and wash down duty drive option for heavy wash down & wet environments to prevent corrosion of internal parts
